a poooooky halloween!

Yes, I meant to say a poooooky halloween, minus the s. That's how Reagan and Brooklyn pronounce spooky, and I just love it!

I hope that you all have a Happy Halloween filled with lots of candy and not so many tummy aches!

To get this day off to a poooooky start, here's a poooooky story made up by Reagan herself!

Happy Halloween!

pump, pump, pump-kin up!

Last night, we FINALLY got around to carving our pumpkin. And we started a new tradition - the kids each painted their own little pumpkin.

Here's Brookie getting really serious about her creation!

Reagan decides she wants a pychodelic pumpkin.

I think we'll go for a little taste test...yech!!!

Happy Halloween...a day early!

life lately.

Here's a million pics of what's been happening in our family life lately. I'll let the photos do all the talkin'!

Here's a big smile to get your Monday off to a good start! Cheers!

happy blues!

We've got the "happy blues" now that it's Friday! Have a great weekend!

whale of a time!

Over Easton's school fall break, we decided to take a trip down to the Georgia Aquarium...and boy did we have a "whale of a time!" This was Easton's second time going, Reagan's first and we left little Brooklyn at home.

The kids were beyond excited and were literally running down the sidewalk to the front doors.

Most all of these pics can speak for themselves, but I'll give a little caption for each.

Big brother explains the ocean world to little sis who attentively looks on!

Whoa! Look at that gigantic fish over there!

Captain America is here to save the day...uhhhh fish!

Hey Mr. Scuba Diver! You missed a spot!

You can fit a lot of M&Ms in that mouth, thought Reagan.

My sweet guys enjoy some bonding in the tank tunnel.

Don't forget me daddy! Thanks for the closer look!

My beautiful family (not forgetting Brooklyn at home).

The only decent picture of me.

Reagan and her Jelly Fish shirt that I made the night before. Cute, huh?

Having an electric time with the Sting Rays!

Checking out the Nemo 3-D show. This one wore her spiffy glasses the whole time...

this one did not!

One of the best highlights of our adventure at the Aquarium was the new Dolphin Tales show. It was A-MA-ZING! But no cameras allowed inside, hence no pics on here. Tear.

What family adventures have you been on lately?

31.

Happy Birthday to me! 31 years young!

Free FALLing: Make your "Mark"!

Almost every town in America has one, so why not enjoy the fruits of your town's labor and visit your local Farmer's Market this fall. They are usually free to attend, and you can score lots of free samples of the local goods without having to buy!

Yesterday, my parents, Reagan and I visited the market in the little town I work in. This particular market starts in late spring and runs into early fall. It has really made it's "mark" (so-to-speak) on it's hometown!

We checked out all the booths, from plants and fresh veggies, to canned goods and local honey, to jewelry and croched items. Many also had free samples available to get a taste of the goodness of their products.

Reagan enjoys a local farm's deviled eggs.

She also picked out some sunflowers for mommy. She's smelling them, although it looks like she's about to sneeze!

Make your "Mark" in your town, and enjoy a Free FALLing activity that is good for the stomach and supports your community!

bad idea.

Don't let your three year old drink coffee even though it looks so cute watching her hold and drink from the cup...because she WILL be restless all night and be über cranky in the morn!

Happy Monday!
